We want you to love your purchase from Old Californiaz. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@oldcaliforniaz.com or call us at 1-800-555-PIZZA. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@oldcaliforniaz.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged. To exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
